Nice to meet you! My name is Belle, and I am a 6 year old Havanese. My kennel name is Maybelle Ami, but I only use that for formal occasions!

This is a photo of me (on the left) while I was at Jomaran's  kennels in Saskatchewan.  My friend is called Emmie, but I had to leave her behind.  I am still a bit sad about that.

We have both had our coats clipped for summer.  As you can see by the photo above, mine has grown a bit since then.

My mum bought me for my dad as a birthday present, 'cos she thought I sounded like a good companion dog.  (My dad doesn't get around much these days)  So I am trying very hard to keep him company.  Here is a photo of me on the job.

I have only been here three days, so I still have to make friends with the cats, Rosie, Sophie and Scruffy.  They seem to be scared of me - is that a good thing? Sophie is coming around already, and I don't think Rosie will be long - but Scruffy the older great big male cat is a bit of a wuss deep down, and won't come near me.

This was taken at Christmas 2005, and can you believe what they bought me?  I couldn't believe it, and you can see by my expression how pleased I was.  What were they thinking???  I haven't worn it since!

This one was taken in June 2006, doing what I love, sitting out in the back garden with my Mum.  We sit out there by the pond, she reads while I meditate.  I have put on a bit of weight since I first arrived, but we won't talk about that!
